Weekly bulletin & website: every Monday prior to the next Sunday's publication.
Monthly newsletter: The Monday prior to the last Sunday of each month (earlier is always appreciated!)
Email preferred
Photos or posters should be in .jpeg .png or .pdf format
Keep announcements concise (25–50 words when possible)
Attach images separately if needed
Include links or registration details if applicable
